Our Team
John Round
A graduate of Dartmouth College, John Round joined IPG in January of 1996. He founded and developed IPG’s Flexible Benefit Services Division, is responsible for the firm’s government-mandated compliance work, and is a licensed Life, Accident, and Health producer with his own client base.
John earned his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation in 1999. He maintains memberships in the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists and the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also frequently invited to speak to Human Resource professionals on a variety of benefits-related topics.
Outside of work, John serves as the Chairman of the Board for RiverMead, Inc. in Peterborough and as Operations Committee Chair for Monadnock Family Services. He is also currently on the Board of Directors of Cheshire Medical Center and is a Business Ambassador for Impact Monadnock and Keene Elm City Rotary. As avid bicyclists, hikers, and nature lovers, John and his family cannot imagine living anywhere other than the Granite State.
