Marsha Dixon
Marsha joined IPG in 1994 bringing with her over 20 years of business experience in Northern New England where she formerly was a Commercial/Residential real estate broker.
Marsha and her partner, Kirsti Karpawich, are consultant/brokers to over 45 of IPG’s clients. They work in a team approach, representing clients that include many municipalities, school districts, human service agencies, associations and health-related industries. Marsha and Kirsti are compassionate consultants to some of the largest school systems in New Hampshire, leveraging their specialized knowledge and understanding of labor issues to effectively overcome objections to change.
With their consultant’s eye towards long-range planning, Kirsti and Marsha’s service-oriented approach to the benefit business has been successful with their many clients that range in size from 50 – 3000 employees. They have extensive experience analyzing medical claims, plan design options and tailoring benefits to be the most comprehensive and effective in today’s marketplace for the least amount of money.
Marsha is a graduate of Colby Junior College. Since joining IPG, she has served on the Board of Directors of NH Health Underwriters and as the Education Chair from 2000-2002. In 2003 Marsha was a member of Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield Advisory Board, in 2010 she was a member of the Harvard Pilgrim Advisory Board, and in 2011 she served as a member of the NE Delta Dental Advisory Board.
Marsha was also selected by the American Biographical Institute as a member of the 2000 Most Notable American Women.
